Villa & Building Facade Visualisation 3D facade visualisation in Jeddah

Jeddah light is softer than Riyadh’s: humid air, a sea haze in the afternoon and white walls that glow at dusk. We render the facade your architect has designed in that light, so you approve the colours and screens before the plaster goes on.

For families building or renovating in Jeddah, owners of residential and commercial buildings, small developers and contractors, and the engineering offices that present the facade to them.

A colour chosen indoors, seen by the sea.

In Jeddah many facades are chosen from a printed elevation and paint chips under office lights. Outside, the humid air and sea haze wash pale colours out, glossy cladding picks up reflections, and a Hijazi screen that looked light on paper can feel heavy on a narrow street. Salt air also means owners repaint and reclad more often, so the choice gets made again and again.

We build the facade from your architect’s drawings or model and render it in coastal conditions: hazy midday light, a warm sunset from the west, humid evenings and the lighting at night. If your architect has drawn rawasheen, mashrabiya style screens or coral stone textures, we show each option from the same camera so you can compare. How a material holds up in salt air is a question for your supplier and engineer; we render what they specify.

What clients in Jeddah ask us to render

  • Villas in north Jeddah and by the sea
  • Residential buildings with balconies
  • Shopfronts and showroom facades
  • Hijazi style facades with rawasheen
  • Older buildings getting a new facade
  • Rows of villas for small developers

What you get

You get front, street and sea or corner views of your villa, building or shopfront, day and night versions, options for plaster colours, stone, timber look screens and rawasheen, and before and after views for renovations, as JPEG stills and MP4 films.

  1. Villa Facade Renders

Realistic front, street and corner views of the villa from your architect’s drawings or model, with the boundary wall, gate, landscaping and parking in place.

  2. Residential & Commercial Building Facades

Apartment and mixed-use building facades seen from the street: balconies, ground floor shops, entrances and sign zones, the way neighbours and tenants will see them.

  3. Shopfront Renders

Shopfronts rendered from your designer’s drawings and brand guidelines: glazing, signage, canopy and window display, for the landlord, franchisor and contractor.

  4. Night & Lighting Views

Evening and night views of facade, entrance and sign lighting, so you can judge the look after sunset before fixtures are bought.

  5. Stone, Cladding & Colour Options

The same camera rendered with different stone, cladding, plaster, paint or panel choices, laid side by side so owners can compare and decide.

  6. Before & After Renovation

For renovations, a photo of the existing facade beside the proposed new look from the same angle, plus a 360 rotatable MP4 when you need to see every side.

How it works

  1. Step 1: Send the design

Your architect’s or shopfront designer’s SketchUp (.skp) or Revit (.rvt) model, 2024 version preferred, or DWG and PDF elevations, with a materials list, brand guidelines for shops and photos of the building today for renovations.

  2. Step 2: Camera and clay

We agree the camera views on a plain model first, so you approve the angles before materials and light are added.

  3. Step 3: Materials and options

Stone, cladding, colours, signage and lighting are applied, and each option is rendered from the same camera for a fair comparison.

  4. Step 4: Final files

Day and night renders as JPEG and rotatables as MP4, sized for print, WhatsApp, leasing material and your contractor. Revision rounds are included in every quote.

Questions

Do you design facades in Jeddah?

No. We are not an architectural or engineering office. We visualise the facade your architect or engineering office has designed for your plot in Jeddah. If there is no design yet, your office prepares it first.

Can you show rawasheen and other Hijazi details?

Yes, as visual options. If your architect has drawn rawasheen, timber look screens or carved panels, we render them in the materials and colours named, alongside a plainer version if you want to compare.

Will the renders show how the facade looks in Jeddah light?

Yes. We set the sun for your plot’s orientation and use a softer, hazier sky than we would for Riyadh, with a sunset view and a night view. It is a visual impression, not a lighting study.

Can you tell us which materials resist salt and humidity?

No. Material performance in salt air is for your supplier and engineer to advise. Once they name the stone, plaster, cladding or paint, we render it as closely as their references allow.

Do you render residential buildings and shopfronts?

Yes. Apartment buildings with balconies, mixed use buildings and shopfronts, with the signage zone, glazing and canopies as drawn. A night view shows how the signage and facade lighting read from the street.

How much does facade visualisation cost in Jeddah?

It depends on the number of views, day and night versions, how many colour or screen options you want compared and whether a 3D model exists. Every facade is quoted on its own.

Do you have an office in Jeddah?

No. Our studio is in Riyadh and we work with clients in Jeddah online. Drawings come through the quote form, and reviews happen on video calls and WhatsApp with you and your engineering office.

What files do you need?

A SketchUp (.skp) or Revit (.rvt) model, 2024 version preferred, or DWG and PDF elevations, plus colour and material references. Large files can come as a Drive or WeTransfer link on the quote form.

Do you handle permits or municipality approvals?

No. Balady permits, municipality approvals and structural drawings stay with your engineering office. Our renders are images for your decision and for sharing.

How long does it take, and how many revisions?

A full set typically takes 30 to 40 days, depending on scope. Revision rounds at camera, draft and final stage are included in every quote, and a design change after modelling is quoted before we continue.

Tell us about your facade.

A short brief is enough: villa, building or shopfront, the drawings or model you have, the views and material options you want to compare, and when you need them. Big files can come as a Drive or WeTransfer link.
