Design firms White-label architectural visualization for architecture and interior design firms in Saudi Arabia
Your team should be designing, not waiting on render queues the night before a client presentation. We produce the visuals under your name, and the client relationship stays yours.
The design is ready, the visuals are not
Designers stuck rendering
Your architects and interior designers lose days setting up lights and cameras instead of working on the next scheme. Overtime goes up before every presentation.
In-house capacity goes up and down
One month there are three competitions and a fit-out proposal; the next month the render station sits idle. Hiring a full-time visualiser for the peaks is hard to justify.
Freelancers who talk to your client
Some outside visualisers sign their work, post it online or contact the end client. For a design office, that is a risk to the relationship you built.
Clients expect film and 360 now
Developers and private clients have seen walkthrough films and 360 tours elsewhere. A set of stills in a PDF can feel thin at the final presentation.
What we deliver
A visualisation team that works behind your firm. Files are delivered unbranded, ready to go into your own presentation template. One team, one quote.
Exterior and interior renders
Stills of facades, lobbies, villas, offices and fit-outs from your model, in the style and level of finish your firm presents.
Architectural animation
Walkthrough and flythrough films for design reviews and client presentations, with your titles or none at all.
360 tours of the design
Rendered 360 views your client can look around in on a phone or in the meeting room, so design decisions happen faster.
Floor plans and masterplan views
Isometric and interactive floor plans and aerial masterplan views to explain layout and context.
Villa facade visualisation
Facade options for your villa designs shown in Saudi light and setting, so your client picks between schemes you designed.
Before and after for fit-out
The existing space and your proposed design from the same camera, for interior and refurbishment proposals.

What happens next
Step 1: Send the model and the brief
SketchUp (.skp) or Revit (.rvt) model, 2024 version preferred, or CAD and PDF drawings, the materials list, mood references and your presentation template. Attach them to the quote form or share a Drive or WeTransfer link. We sign your NDA first if you need one.
Step 2: We quote the set
We list the views, films and tours for the presentation and send one quote.
Step 3: Clay views, then render
You approve camera angles on simple clay previews before materials and light are added. Revision rounds are included in the quote.
Step 4: Unbranded delivery
JPEG stills and MP4 films with no CREATVZ name or watermark, ready to present as your firm's work.
Questions
Will our client know you made the visuals?
Not from us. Files carry no CREATVZ name or watermark, we do not contact your client, and we do not publish the work. Your firm presents it.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes. Send your NDA with the brief and we sign it before you share drawings or models.
Do you change our design?
No. We render what you designed and specified. Where a detail is missing from the model, we ask instead of guessing.
Do you render student projects?
No. This service is for architecture and interior design offices that need finished visuals for paying clients. We do not run courses or render student projects.
How long does it take?
A full set typically takes 30 to 40 days, depending on scope. Tell us your presentation date with the brief, and we will say what fits.
Can we see your work before we trust you with a project?
White-label work stays under NDA, so it is not published. Ask for a private portfolio walkthrough and we will show relevant work on a call.
