3D Villa Facade Visualisation House and extension exterior CGI in London, United Kingdom

Drawings and a brick sample rarely tell you how a new house or extension will really look. We create exterior CGI of your architect’s design, so you can see it in context before the builder starts.

For homeowners and self-builders planning a new house, extension or refurbishment in London and across the UK, and for the architects and builders working with them.

Agreeing a look from a brick sample.

Most homeowners approve an exterior from elevations and a few samples. Once the scaffolding comes down, the brick looks darker, the cladding reads differently against the old house, or the glazing is bigger than anyone pictured. Fixing that on site is slow and expensive.

We render the design your architect has drawn, in honest British light and in the real street, with each material option from the same camera. We do not design the house or manage planning; we make the agreed design visible so you, your architect and your builder share one picture.

What UK homeowners use exterior CGI for

  • Rear and side extensions
  • New build and self-build homes
  • Refurbishing a period house
  • Builders showing clients the agreed finish
  • Architects presenting options

What you get

You get front and garden views, day and dusk CGIs, brick, render and cladding options from the same camera, before and after images from a photo of the house today and a 360 rotatable, as JPEG and MP4.

  1. Front Facade Renders

Realistic renders of the villa’s front elevation from your architect’s drawings or model, with the boundary wall, gate, landscaping and parking in place.

  2. Night & Lighting Views

Evening and night views that show facade, entrance and garden lighting, so you can judge the look after sunset before fixtures are bought.

  3. Stone, Cladding & Colour Options

The same camera rendered with different stone, cladding, plaster or paint choices, laid side by side so the family can compare and decide.

  4. Street & Corner Views

Views from the street, the corner and the garden or courtyard, showing how the villa sits next to the road and the neighbours.

  5. Before & After Renovation

For renovations, a photo of the existing facade set beside the proposed new look, taken from the same angle.

  6. 360 Rotatable Exterior

A 360 rotatable around the exterior, delivered as an MP4 spin you can send on WhatsApp and as a JPEG frame sequence.

How it works

  1. Step 1: Send the design

Your architect’s SketchUp (.skp) or Revit (.rvt) model, 2024 version preferred, or DWG and PDF elevations, with a materials list, reference photos and, for renovations, photos of the house today.

  2. Step 2: Camera and clay

We agree the camera views on a plain model first, so you approve the angles before materials and light are added.

  3. Step 3: Materials and options

Stone, cladding, colours and lighting are applied, and each material option is rendered from the same camera for a fair comparison.

  4. Step 4: Final files

Day and night renders as JPEG and rotatables as MP4, sized for print, WhatsApp and your contractor. Revision rounds are included in every quote.

Questions

Do you design extensions or houses?

No. We produce CGI of the design your architect or designer has drawn. If you do not have a design yet, start with them and bring us the drawings.

How much does exterior CGI for a house cost?

It depends on the number of views, any dusk versions and how many material options you want to compare. Each house is quoted on its own.

Can you show the extension next to our existing house?

Yes. From photographs of the house today, we match the camera and render the extension into the scene, so you see before and after.

Can the images go in a planning application?

Some people include CGI as supporting images. Ask your architect or planning consultant what your application needs; we supply visuals, not planning advice. Verified views need survey data and are a separate scope.

Can we compare brick, render and cladding?

Yes. Every option is rendered from one fixed camera and light, so the only thing that changes is the material.

What files do you need?

SketchUp (.skp) or Revit (.rvt) from your architect, ideally saved as 2024, or DWG and PDF drawings, plus the materials schedule.

Do you supply materials or build?

No. Materials come from your builder or supplier. We render the products they name as faithfully as the references allow.

How many revisions are included?

Revision rounds come with every quote, at camera, draft and final stage. A design change after the model is built is quoted before we carry on.

How long does it take?

It turns on views, options and whether the design is frozen. A full set typically takes 30 to 40 days, depending on scope, and your quote sets out the plan for a single house.

Tell us about your villa facade.

A short brief is enough: the drawings or model you have, the views and material options you want to compare, and when you need them. Big files can come as a Drive or WeTransfer link.
