Corporate Video Production Corporate video production agency in London, United Kingdom

A UK brand filming for a Gulf audience cannot just add subtitles and hope. We plan the film so the Arabic voice-over, subtitles and cultural details are right from the script.

For London and UK companies filming for the UK, and for UK brands selling into Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and the wider Gulf.

A good UK film that does not travel to the Gulf.

A film made for a UK audience often relies on references, accents and humour that do not land with a buyer in Riyadh or Manama. Adding English subtitles to Arabic, or Arabic subtitles to a fast English interview, tends to look like an afterthought, and people in the region notice quickly.

We plan a Gulf version while we plan the UK one: clean audio for Arabic voice-over, space on screen for right-to-left subtitles, and a check on imagery and dress for the audience. A UK company film for UK use does not need any of that, so we only add it when you sell to the Gulf.

What you get

You get a script or interview plan, a filming plan, a finished film, and Arabic and English versions with shorter cuts for LinkedIn, sales decks and trade events.

  1. Concept & Script

A short concept and a script or interview outline written for the viewer who will actually watch it, with the shots it needs.

  2. Planning & Locations

A shooting plan: dates, locations, people on camera, who needs to be told, and what the site expects from visitors.

  3. Filming

The filming itself, with the crew assembled for the job and directed on the day so you are not left guessing what was captured.

  4. Editing & Colour

The edit, graphics and colour work, with rough cuts you can comment on before anything is finished.

  5. Voice-over & Sound

Voice-over, music and sound cleaned and mixed, in the languages the film needs.

  6. Subtitles & Delivery Versions

Subtitles and the final cuts: the full film, shorter versions for social and sales, and the sizes each platform asks for.

A film in mind, or only the reason for one?

Tell us who has to watch it, where it will play and which languages it needs. We reply with questions and a scoped quote.

How it works

  1. Step 1: Brief

Who the film is for, where it will be shown, what the viewer should do afterwards and which places and people are involved.

  2. Step 2: Plan

The concept, script or question list, the shot list and the filming days, agreed with you and, where needed, with the site.

  3. Step 3: Film and edit

Filming on the agreed days, then a rough cut, your comments, and a finished cut with graphics, sound and colour.

  4. Step 4: Deliver

The final film, subtitle files, shorter cuts and the project files in your scope, handed over and organised.

Questions

How much does corporate video production cost in the UK?

It depends on the length, the number of filming days and locations, the crew, interviews or actors, voice-over, the languages and versions, motion graphics and the deadline. Send a short brief and we quote a fixed scope, so quotes can be compared on the same terms.

How long does it take?

Planning, filming and an edit with your comments in between. The proposal has dates. The usual cause of delay is getting people and locations booked, so set that going early.

Can you film in London and also edit for a Gulf audience?

Yes. We film in London and prepare Arabic versions in the edit: voice-over, subtitles and a check by an Arabic reader on wording and imagery.

Who checks the Arabic?

Our Arabic-speaking team, who read and write it as their working language. We ask you to confirm names, titles and any technical terms before the film is final.

How many revisions are included?

The proposal states the rounds, normally on the rough cut and on the finished cut. A new story after filming is a separate scope, which we flag early.

Do we own the film and the footage?

You do. The proposal states ownership of the film and which footage is handed over, along with the music arrangements.

What about music rights?

We can use music you hold the right to, or music licensed for the project. The proposal says which, and for anything unusual speak to your own solicitor.

Can you work with our in-house team?

Yes. We can plan and film while your team supplies subject experts and approvals, or take on the whole job. The proposal splits the tasks.

Can you film in the Gulf for us?

Where the project needs it, we plan the filming in the region with a crew assembled for that job. Locations, access and any permission are checked with the site and the people involved first.

Do you make shorter cuts for LinkedIn?

Yes. Short, square and vertical cuts are planned during filming with captions, so each is built for its place and not trimmed from the main film.

Tell us about the film you need.

A short brief is enough to start: the business, the audience, the locations and the languages. We reply with questions and a fixed-scope quote.
