Most UK stand contractors offer design and build together. The design is free on paper, which makes it hard to compare quotes or change builder, and the stand tends to look like the contractor’s last one. For a show in the Gulf the problem doubles: the UK builder may not work there, and a local builder starts again.
We keep design and visualisation separate from fabrication. The stand is designed around your brief, shown in CGI and a walkthrough until it is signed off, and the files go to any contractor in the UK or the Gulf. For Gulf shows our teams in Riyadh and Manama help with Arabic graphics and local expectations. We do not build, install or hire out stands or AV.

How it works
Step 1: Brief and space
Your space allocation or stage plan, sizes, open sides, brand guidelines, any organiser rules and the message the stand must carry.
Step 2: Concept
A layout and a plain massing model first, so you agree zones and visitor flow before materials and graphics are added.
Step 3: Render and animate
Materials, graphics, lighting and screen content are added, and drafts are reviewed with you against the brief.
Step 4: Hand over
Final JPEG stills and MP4 films, plus the design files we hand to your stand builder or AV company to build and install from.

Questions
How much does exhibition stand design cost in the UK?
It depends on scope: stand size, open sides, the number of CGI views, a walkthrough or screen content, and how soon the show is. Send the floor plan and brand guidelines and we quote per project.
Are you a design and build contractor?
No. We are design and visualisation only. You appoint the contractor, who builds from our CGI and files, which keeps their quotes comparable.
Can you help us exhibit in Saudi Arabia?
Yes. We design for Saudi and Bahraini shows with Arabic and English graphics set properly, and hand the files to a local contractor you appoint there.
What do you need from us?
The organiser’s floor plan, stand dimensions and open sides, brand guidelines, the products to show and any SketchUp or Revit models, ideally the 2024 version. Large files can be shared by WeTransfer or Drive link.
Do you produce LED wall and projection mapping content?
Yes. We make the content to the pixel map and specification your AV company supplies. They provide and operate the hardware.
Can you mock up sponsorship for our conference?
Yes. Mock-ups place each sponsor’s logo on stages, lanyards, screens and signage, ready for your sponsorship deck.
How long does stand design take?
A full set typically takes 30 to 40 days, depending on scope. Organisers’ stand design submission dates vary, so share yours at the start.
How many rounds of amends are included?
Amends rounds are included in every quote, at concept, draft and final stage. A new stand size after concept sign-off is new scope.
Can we see your previous work?
Event work is usually under confidentiality, so we share it privately. Request a portfolio walkthrough and we take you through it on a video call.
