What happens next
Step 1: Send the brief and the space
Floor plan and stand size from the organiser, any SketchUp (.skp) or Revit (.rvt) model, 2024 version preferred, CAD or PDF drawings, materials, brand guidelines and the screen specs from your AV team. Attach them to the quote form or share a Drive or WeTransfer link.
Step 2: We scope it
We agree the views, screens and mock-ups needed for the pitch or the show, and send one quote.
Step 3: Concept and views
Camera views and the booth layout are approved on simple previews before full rendering. Revision rounds are included in the quote.
Step 4: Handover to your builder
JPEG stills and MP4 films for sign-off and screens, ready for your stand builder and AV contractor to work from.

Do you build the exhibition booth?
No. We design and visualise the booth or stage. Fabrication, installation and AV hire stay with your stand builder or AV contractor, who works from our views and files.
Do you design booths for exhibitions in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam?
Yes. We work from our Riyadh studio with agencies and exhibitors showing in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and elsewhere in the Kingdom. Venue and organiser rules are checked by your builder.
Can you make content for our LED wall or projection?
Yes. Send the pixel size, the surface drawing and how it is played out, and we build the content to that format.
Can you help us win a pitch?
Yes. We can make the pitch visuals, then carry on with the show visuals if you win it. Your agency stays in front of the client.
How long does it take?
A full set typically takes 30 to 40 days, depending on scope. Tell us the show date when you send the brief, so we can say what fits.
Can we see past booths and stages?
Most event work is under NDA with the brand, so we do not publish it. Ask for a private portfolio walkthrough and we will show relevant work on a call.
