Urban projects Masterplan flythroughs and 3D visuals for urban, transport and public projects in Saudi Arabia
A masterplan on a PDF means little to a resident, a shop owner or a journalist. We turn the drawings into films and views people understand, so the project can be explained before it is built.
Explaining a project that will take years to build
Drawings the public cannot read
Plans, sections and zoning maps are clear to engineers. Residents, business owners and the media need to see what the street, the park or the station will actually look like.
Big launches, short notice
An announcement, a site visit or a conference slot is set, and the communications team needs a film and a set of views in time for it, on top of everything else.
Many contractors, no single picture
On large developments each package has its own consultant and its own renders. Nothing matches, and the communications team cannot tell one consistent story.
Progress is hard to show
Years of construction look like dust and cranes from the road. Stakeholders want to see what has been done and what comes next, in a way they can follow.
What we deliver
Visuals that explain a public or urban project to the people it affects, made from the project's own drawings and models. One team, one quote.
Masterplan flythroughs
An aerial film over the whole development, showing districts, roads, green space and landmarks, with Arabic and English titles and 9:16 cuts for social media.
Public consultation visuals
Street-level views of proposals from where residents will stand, for consultation boards, community sessions and the project website.
Station and transport renders
Stations, interchanges, bus stops, bridges and corridors rendered inside and out, with passengers, signage and the surrounding streets.
Digital twin and 3D wayfinding views
Navigable 3D views of a site, campus or station that show routes, entrances and facilities, built from your models.
Construction progress media
Planned versus current views and short progress films that combine site footage you provide with the rendered final design.
Briefing decks and exhibition panels
The renders laid out for briefing decks, visitor centre panels and printed reports in Arabic and English.
What happens next
Step 1: Send the project files
SketchUp (.skp) or Revit (.rvt) models, 2024 version preferred, CAD or PDF drawings, the materials list and the project's brand guidelines. Attach them to the quote form or share a Drive or WeTransfer link. Confidential material can wait until an NDA is signed.
Step 2: We scope it
We agree the films, views and formats the communications plan needs and send one quote, in the form your procurement process asks for.
Step 3: Views first, then render
Camera paths and key views are approved on simple previews before full rendering. Revision rounds are included in the quote.
Step 4: Delivered for every channel
JPEG stills and MP4 films sized for screens, social media, print, presentations and the press.
Questions
Do you work directly with government entities?
We can quote for an entity, its programme management office, or the contractor or consultant running communications. Procurement follows the entity's own process and requirements, and we provide the documents that process asks for.
Can you work as a subcontractor to the main contractor?
Yes. Many communications teams sit with the contractor or consultant. We work to their brief, their approval chain and their brand rules.
Who approves what is shown?
Your team does. We render the design as given to us, and the project owner signs off every view before it is published. Renders are artist's impressions of the approved design.
Can you keep the files confidential?
Yes. We sign an NDA before receiving drawings, and we do not publish any project work without written permission.
How long does it take?
A full set typically takes 30 to 40 days, depending on scope. Tell us the launch or event date with the brief so we can plan around it.
Can we see similar work?
Public and infrastructure work is usually under NDA, so we do not publish it. Ask for a private portfolio walkthrough and we will show relevant work on a call.
