Restaurants Restaurant branding and marketing in Saudi Arabia

People pick where to eat from a phone screen: a Reel, a Snapchat story, a Google Maps pin, a delivery-app thumbnail. If your food looks flat there, the table stays empty.

The order is decided before anyone tastes the food

What we deliver

We make the things a restaurant or cafe actually uses every day, in Arabic and English, and keep the content coming after opening.

  1. Brand identity for F&B

Logo, colours and type designed to hold up on packaging, cups, bags, uniforms and street signage, with Arabic and English versions that sit together.

  2. Menu design, print and QR

Bilingual menus laid out for quick reading at the table, a print-ready file, and a mobile menu behind a QR code that you can update without reprinting.

  3. Food photography and short video

Dish shots for delivery apps and Google Maps, plus vertical Reels and TikTok clips of the kitchen, the space and the food being served.

  4. Weekly social content

A monthly calendar of posts and stories for Instagram, TikTok and Snapchat, planned around new items, offers, Ramadan, Eid and the National Day.

  5. Opening and launch campaigns

Teasers before the doors open, launch-week content and paid social aimed at people near your branch, with clear visuals for the shopfront.

  6. A simple restaurant website

Menu, branches with Maps links, opening hours, delivery-app and booking links, in both languages and fast on a phone.

What happens next

  1. Step 1: Tell us about the place

Concept, menu, branches and where you are now: about to open, rebranding, or open and needing content.

  2. Step 2: Scope and quote

We agree what to make first, such as identity, menu or a content month, and send a fixed quote and timeline.

  3. Step 3: Design and shoot

Brand and menu first, then a shoot day at your kitchen to build a library of dish and space content.

  4. Step 4: Publish and keep going

Files handed over for print and apps, and a monthly content calendar if you want us to run it.

Questions

Do you photograph food at our restaurant?

Yes. Food looks its most appetising straight from your own kitchen, so we plan a shoot day at the branch with a dish list agreed in advance, and we travel for shoots when the project needs it.

Can you design a menu in Arabic and English?

Yes. We lay out bilingual menus so both languages are easy to scan, and supply a print file plus a QR-linked mobile version you can edit when prices or items change.

Can you prepare photos for delivery apps?

Yes. We shoot and crop dish photos to suit delivery-app listings and Google Maps, so the same dish looks consistent everywhere a customer sees it.

Do you manage our social accounts every month?

Yes, on a monthly arrangement: we plan, shoot and design a content calendar for Instagram, TikTok and Snapchat. Whether we also post and reply to messages is agreed in the scope.

We are opening a new branch. Where do we start?

Usually with the identity and signage, then the menu, then launch content. Send us your concept and opening date and we will suggest an order that fits it.

How much does restaurant branding and menu design cost?

It depends on scope, and we quote a fixed price once we know it. The drivers are a logo only or a full identity, how many packaging and signage items, menu pages and languages, and the number of shoot days; a new restaurant in KSA can also look at our monthly business-setup packages, which combine identity, website and social content.

Can you prepare Ramadan and Eid content in advance?

Yes. We plan Ramadan, Eid and National Day menus, offers and posts ahead of the season, so they are designed and shot before the rush starts.
