How it works

  1. Step 1: Brief and space

    Your space allocation or stage plan, sizes, open sides, brand guidelines, any organiser rules and the message the stand must carry.

  2. Step 2: Concept

    A layout and a plain massing model first, so you agree zones and visitor flow before materials and graphics are added.

  3. Step 3: Render and animate

    Materials, graphics, lighting and screen content are added, and drafts are reviewed with you against the brief.

  4. Step 4: Hand over

    Final JPEG stills and MP4 films, plus the design files we hand to your stand builder or AV company to build and install from.

Questions

How much does exhibition booth design cost in Jeddah?

It depends on scope: booth size and open sides, the number of rendered views, a walkthrough, screen content and how close the event is. Design is quoted separately from the build, so you know what the design costs before any builder prices fabrication.

Do you build and install the booth in Jeddah?

No. We design and visualise only. Your stand builder in Jeddah fabricates and installs the booth from our renders and drawings. We can send the files to them directly and answer their questions.

We have quotes from builders already. Can you still help?

Yes. Send the organiser’s space plan and the ideas you have received. We design one stand to your brief, and you send our pack back to the builders so their prices compare the same scope.

Do you have an office in Jeddah?

No. Our studio is in Riyadh and we work with brands in Jeddah online. Briefs and design reviews run on video calls and WhatsApp, and the files go to the builder you use in Jeddah.

Can the booth feel local to Jeddah?

If you want it to. We can bring in Hijazi patterns, rawasheen inspired screens or sea colours as visual options, balanced with your brand guidelines, and show both versions in renders before you decide.

Will the graphics work in Arabic and English?

Yes. Arabic and English headlines are written and set together, so neither looks like a translation, and sized for the distance visitors read them from the aisle.

What do you need from us?

The organiser’s space plan, booth size and open sides, brand guidelines, the products or services on show, and any SketchUp or Revit files, 2024 version preferred. Large files can be shared as a Drive or WeTransfer link in the quote form.

Do you make screen and LED content?

Yes, the content only. Loops for LED walls and screens, stage backdrops and sponsor slides to the specification your AV company sends. The screens and their operation stay with them.

How long does it take, and how many revisions?

A full set typically takes 30 to 40 days, depending on scope, and organisers often set early design deadlines, so send yours with the brief. Revision rounds at concept, draft and final stage are included in every quote.

Can we see booths you have designed?

Most event clients keep their designs confidential, so we show them privately. Request a portfolio walkthrough and we share examples close to your sector.
