Innovation Strategy Innovation workshops in London, United Kingdom
Most UK teams have more ideas than they can test. We run short, structured workshops, put the best concepts in front of customers and give you a decision, not a wall of sticky notes.
For UK SMEs and corporate teams exploring a new product, service or business line, and for those building an offer for Gulf customers.
The workshop was lively, and nothing happened afterwards.
A common experience: an away day produces a wall of ideas, a photo goes in the newsletter and the next quarter returns to normal. Ideas were not tied to a customer problem, nobody was asked to test, and no one owned the next step.
We start with a defined problem, run focused sessions with the right people, and move to testing quickly: interviews or simple tests with real buyers within a short window. The roadmap names who does what, what evidence would justify more investment and what would end the idea. For Gulf offers, we test with Arabic-speaking customers through our Riyadh and Manama studios.
What UK teams use it for
- A new service line for existing clients
- A product extension
- An internal team testing an idea fast
- A digital offer from a physical business
- An offer for Gulf customers

Idea Workshops
Facilitated workshops, including design-sprint formats, that take your team from problem to a handful of concepts in days, not months.

Step 3: Test
Concepts and a prototype shown to real customers, with the results written up honestly.
Step 4: Decide
Business-model options and a roadmap, so you know what to build, what to park and what to drop.

Questions
How much does an innovation workshop or sprint cost?
It depends on scope: length of sessions, number of participants, the number of concepts tested and whether a prototype is built. We quote a defined scope after a short brief.
Do you run a standard design sprint?
We can, or adapt it. Many teams cannot give a full week, so we may split it into shorter sessions with testing in between.
Who should attend?
Four to eight people with decision power and customer contact. We help you choose the group.
Will you test with our customers?
With your permission, yes, and we recruit others who match the target group when your own list is not the right audience. Participants are told how data is used. Check your own data obligations with your adviser.
Is any funding or grant advice included?
No. We do not advise on funding, grants or programmes. We can prepare concept evidence you may need.
Can you test an idea for the Gulf?
Yes, with Arabic-speaking customers in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, through our studios there.
Does the work stay confidential?
Yes. We can sign an NDA before work starts.
Who owns what comes out of it?
Ideas, prototypes and reports are handed over to you, and ownership is written in the proposal.

A short note is enough: your business, the customers, the idea or problem and what you can commit to testing. We reply with questions and a scoped quote.
