Customer Experience Design CX consultancy in London, United Kingdom

Retention is cheaper than acquisition, and most losses happen in small moments: a slow email, a missed handover, a delivery update that never came. We find them.

For UK SMEs, ecommerce brands and service businesses, and for UK brands serving Arabic-speaking customers in the Gulf.

Churn is quiet and nobody knows why.

A UK business keeps hitting the same ceiling: customers buy once and leave, or a subscription churns without a complaint. The data says what happened, not why. Support, sales and operations each hold a piece of the answer and rarely compare notes.

We trace the path end to end: first enquiry, onboarding, delivery or service, support, renewal. By acting as a customer and by reading reviews and tickets, we find the dull, fixable causes. For brands serving Gulf customers, we also check the Arabic experience, which is often an afterthought.

What UK teams use it for

  • Onboarding and first-order experience
  • Support and handover review
  • Reducing churn or lost repeat sales
  • Review and feedback flows
  • Arabic-language service for Gulf customers

What you get

You get a customer path map, mystery shopping across email, phone, chat and delivery, a service blueprint, feedback and review flows and templates for your team.

  1. Customer Path Map

A map of the steps a customer takes from first contact to repeat purchase, with what they do, feel and need at each one.

  2. Mystery Shopping

Mystery shopping across your WhatsApp, calls, website, branch or delivery, with notes on what actually happened.

  3. Touchpoint Review

A review of each touchpoint: response speed and tone on WhatsApp, how calls are handled, how the branch or delivery feels.

  4. Feedback & Review Flows

A simple way to ask customers how it went and to invite good reviews, plus how to handle the complaints that come back.

  5. Service Blueprint

A blueprint that shows what the customer sees and what your team does behind it, and where handovers break.

  6. Scripts & Quick Wins

Scripts, message templates and a short list of fixes you can make this month, ordered by effort and effect.

Customers like you, but do not come back?

Send your business, the channels customers use and what they complain about. We reply with questions and a scoped quote.

How it works

  1. Step 1: Understand

Your service, your customers and your complaints, plus a look at reviews, chats and call handling.

  2. Step 2: Test

We experience it as a customer would, across channels, and map what we find.

  3. Step 3: Design

Fixes, scripts, templates and a feedback loop, agreed with the people who deliver the service.

  4. Step 4: Hand over

A walkthrough with your team, the materials ready to use and a plan to check what improved.

Questions

How much does a CX project cost?

It depends on scope: the number of channels and stages, how much mystery shopping, and whether templates and team sessions are included. We quote a defined scope after a short brief.

Do you need access to our data?

It helps. Reviews, support tickets and chat transcripts show real problems. We handle them as confidential and ask for what is needed. Check your data obligations with your adviser first.

Is mystery shopping ethical?

Yes, when scoped openly. Your team is told that such checks occur, the focus is process not blame, and no personal data is taken beyond what the test needs.

Can you improve our reviews?

We design polite review requests and reply guidance. We do not buy or write fake reviews.

Can you check the Arabic experience for Gulf customers?

Yes. With studios in Riyadh and Manama, we test Arabic chat, email and website experience and write Arabic templates.

Do you implement software?

No. We work with the tools you have and recommend how to use them differently.

How is this different from UX design?

UX looks at a product or site. CX covers the entire relationship, including people, messages and handovers.

Who owns the outputs?

You do. Maps, blueprints and templates are yours, and ownership is in the proposal.

Tell us how customers reach you.

A short note is enough: what you sell, the channels you answer on and the problem you see. We reply with questions and a scoped quote.
