Branding Logo and brand identity design in Riyadh
Riyadh opens new restaurants, clinics and companies every week, and many of them look alike. A clear identity helps people remember yours in Arabic and English.
Riyadh is one of our studio cities, so we can meet you in person, visit your site and plan shoots locally. Calls, WhatsApp and email work just as well when that suits you better.
Riyadh is crowded with lookalike brands
Walk any commercial street in the north of Riyadh and you see the same choices repeated: the same beige palette, the same thin script, the same marble counter on Instagram. On the B2B side, many contracting and consulting firms still use a logo drawn quickly when the commercial registration was issued, and it shows when they sit next to an international competitor.
We build identities that work where Riyadh brands actually appear: shop signage approved through Balady, delivery app thumbnails, Snapchat stories, uniforms, vehicles, tender documents and a booth at a Riyadh exhibition. The Arabic and English versions of the logo are designed together, so neither one feels like an afterthought.
Typical briefs we get
- Identity for a specialty cafe opening in a north Riyadh district
- Rebrand for a family contracting firm moving into larger tenders
- Bilingual logo and system for a new clinic group
- Launch identity for a residential project in east Riyadh

Business cards, letterhead, social templates, signage and vehicle or uniform mock-ups as the scope needs.

How it works
Step 1: Brief
Your market, competitors, the people you need to win and what must not change.
Step 2: Direction
Two or three routes presented with real applications, not logos floating on white.
Step 3: Refine
One route developed into the full system, with your feedback rounds built in.
Step 4: Hand over
Guidelines, final files and templates delivered, ready for print and digital.

Questions
Do you design the Arabic and English logo together?
Yes. We design both as one system, so the letterforms, weight and spacing feel related instead of one being translated after the other.
Can you prepare files for shop signage in Riyadh?
Yes. We supply signage-ready artwork and work with your sign maker on sizes and materials. The permit itself is handled by you or your contractor.
We already have a logo. Can you refresh it instead of starting again?
Often that is the right choice, especially when customers or tender files already know your mark. We will tell you honestly whether a refresh or a new identity makes more sense.
How much does logo design cost in Riyadh?
It depends on what the brand has to cover. A logo alone is a smaller job than a full identity with custom Arabic lettering, menus, packaging, uniforms, vehicle and signage artwork, so we quote a fixed price once we see the brief.
How long does a brand identity project take?
The timeline is set in the proposal and depends mostly on how quickly decisions are made on your side. If you have a fixed opening date or tender deadline in Riyadh, tell us first and we plan backwards from it.
Can you brand our cafe or restaurant before it opens?
Yes, and the earlier the better. Signage fabrication, cups, packaging and menus all need print lead time, and delivery apps need your logo and cover images before the first order.
Do you design identities for contractors and B2B firms, not only cafes?
Yes. Our published work includes the logo for Hi Tech Construction & Contracting Co and a bilingual brand for Mobius Technology, an industrial services company in KSA. For B2B firms the identity has to work on tender covers, site boards and vehicles as much as on screens.
Will we get brand guidelines our team and suppliers can follow?
Yes. You receive a guide covering logo use, colours, Arabic and English typefaces and key templates, so a print shop on one side of Riyadh and a sign maker on the other produce the same brand.
Can the identity carry over to an exhibition stand in Riyadh?
Yes. We extend the identity to stand graphics, roll-ups, brochures and giveaways, and supply print-ready artwork to your stand builder in the sizes they specify.
