Branding Brand identity and logo design in Dammam

Many Eastern Province companies started with a logo made in a day and now put it on tenders, trucks and coveralls. That is when it starts to cost them.

We do not have a studio in the Eastern Province. We work with Dammam and Khobar businesses from our Riyadh studio, and our Manama studio is just across the King Fahd Causeway, so a meeting in either direction is practical when a project needs one. Most work runs over calls, WhatsApp and email, and we travel for shoots.

A logo that fails on a hard hat

Industrial brands in Dammam live on things most logos are not designed for: helmets, coveralls, vehicle doors, equipment tags, site hoardings and the cover of a prequalification file. Thin lines disappear, gradients print badly and an Arabic version drawn as an afterthought looks like a different company.

Khobar retail and F&B brands have the opposite problem. They compete for attention on a corniche full of new concepts and on Instagram and Snapchat, so the identity has to work on a phone screen, a cup and a shopfront sign at night, and still feel local to Saudi customers and expat residents alike.

Typical briefs we get

  • Identity for a new oil and gas services company before vendor registration
  • Rebrand for a family contracting firm moving into larger projects
  • Matching Arabic and English wordmarks for a trading company
  • Café identity for a Khobar corniche opening, from cups to signage

What you get

Brand identity and logo design

  1. Positioning

A short, plain statement of who you are for and why they should pick you, agreed before any drawing.

  2. Logo in Arabic and English

A primary mark and lockups that work in both scripts, at sizes from a favicon to a building sign.

  3. Colour and type

A palette and typefaces chosen for screens, print and signage, with Arabic and Latin fonts that sit well together.

  4. Brand applications

Business cards, letterhead, social templates, signage and vehicle or uniform mock-ups as the scope needs.

  5. Guidelines

A short brand book your team, printers and future agencies can actually follow.

  6. Final files

Every logo version in vector and web formats, organised and named so nothing gets stretched or recoloured.

How it works

  1. Step 1: Brief

Your market, competitors, the people you need to win and what must not change.

  2. Step 2: Direction

Two or three routes presented with real applications, not logos floating on white.

  3. Step 3: Refine

One route developed into the full system, with your feedback rounds built in.

  4. Step 4: Hand over

Guidelines, final files and templates delivered, ready for print and digital.

Questions

Will our Arabic and English logos look like the same company?

Yes. We design both wordmarks together at the same weight and size, so the Arabic version on a prequalification file or a government form does not look like an afterthought.

Will the logo work on helmets, coveralls and vehicle doors?

Yes, if it is designed for them. We test the mark at small sizes, in one colour and on embroidery and vinyl, and the guide shows how to apply it on PPE, fleet and site hoardings.

How much does logo design cost in Dammam?

It depends on scope: a logo alone or a full identity, one or two languages, how many applications we design (fleet, uniforms, signage, packaging) and whether naming is included. Tell us what the brand needs to cover and we quote a fixed price.

How long does a brand identity project take?

You get a timeline in the proposal. The main factor is how quickly decisions come back, especially when partners or a family board sign off together.

Should we finish the brand before registering as a vendor?

Ideally, yes. Your registration documents, profile and letterhead then carry the final identity, and you avoid sending updated files to every buyer later.

Can you design packaging and cups for a Khobar cafe?

Yes. We design the identity with cups, bags, menus and the shopfront in mind, and prepare print-ready files for your suppliers. Signage permits through Balady stay on your side.

Can you check how our name reads in Arabic and English?

Yes. We look at how the name sounds and looks to Saudi customers and expat residents, and how it sits next to established Eastern Province names, before we draw anything.

Can we roll out a new brand gradually across our fleet and sites?

Yes. We plan the order: documents and digital first, then uniforms and vehicles as they are replaced, so the change does not stop work or waste stock.

Can you apply the brand to our profile and website too?

Yes. Doing the identity, company profile and website in one project keeps everything consistent and saves a second round of approvals.
