Website Speed Optimization Website speed optimization

Most visitors meet your website on a phone, on mobile data, often for the first time. If the page is blank for a few seconds, many of them leave before they see what you sell. We find what slows it and fix it.

For businesses whose website or store is the first impression in more than one market, and whose visitors are mostly on phones.

A website that looks fine on the office laptop.

Websites are usually approved on a fast laptop on office Wi-Fi. Customers see them on a mid-range phone on mobile data, after a few years of new plugins, tracking tags, sliders and uncompressed photos. Nobody decided to make the site slow. It drifted there.

Google measures this with its Core Web Vitals and shows the results in its own tools, so the problem is visible. We start from those numbers and from real phones, fix what costs the most first, and show you the same tests afterwards. We do not promise a score: we show what changed and why.

Sites that most often need speed work

  • Online stores with large product photos
  • Sites built with heavy page builders
  • Sites with many tracking tags
  • Bilingual sites with several fonts
  • Landing pages for paid ads

What you get

You get a written audit, the fixes made on images, code, fonts, scripts and caching, a before and after report from the same tests, and a routine to keep the site fast.

  1. Speed Audit

A written audit of your key pages on real phones and in Google’s own tools, listing what slows each page and what each fix is worth.

  2. Images & Media

Images resized, compressed and served in modern formats, with video and sliders loaded only when someone reaches them.

  3. Code & Scripts

Unused code removed, scripts deferred, and third-party tags, chat widgets and trackers reviewed so each one earns its place.

  4. Fonts & Arabic Text

Web fonts trimmed to the weights and characters you use, with Arabic and Latin fonts loaded so text appears quickly and does not jump.

  5. Hosting & Caching

Caching, compression and content delivery set up or tuned, and honest advice if the hosting itself is the bottleneck.

  6. Report & Monitoring

A before and after report from the same tests, and a light monitoring routine so new content and plugins do not slow the site again.

Is your website slow on a phone?

Send the address and the pages that matter most. We reply with what we see first and a scoped quote.

How it works

  1. Step 1: Measure

We test the pages that matter on mid-range phones and in Google’s tools, and read any real-user data your site already has.

  2. Step 2: Prioritise

A short list of fixes ordered by impact and risk. You approve what we change, on a staging copy where possible.

  3. Step 3: Fix

Images, code, fonts, scripts and caching worked through, checking that nothing breaks in Arabic, English or checkout.

  4. Step 4: Prove

The same tests again, a before and after report, and a monitoring routine you or we can keep running.

Questions

How much does website speed optimization cost?

It depends on the platform, the number of page types, how much we are allowed to change and whether hosting is part of the job. We look at the site first and quote a fixed scope.

Will you get us a perfect PageSpeed score?

We do not promise scores. Lab scores swing from run to run, and Google’s real-user data decides what it reports. We promise a clear audit, the agreed fixes and an honest before and after report.

What are Core Web Vitals?

Google’s measures of how quickly the main content appears, how quickly the page responds to a tap, and how much the layout jumps while loading. They are reported in Google’s own tools.

Can you speed up a site on a hosted platform like Shopify?

Partly. On hosted platforms we can improve images, apps, scripts and theme code, but not the platform’s own servers. The audit says what is in reach before you pay for fixes.

Do we need to rebuild the website?

Usually not. Most gains come from images, scripts, fonts and caching. If the theme or builder is the real limit, we tell you and explain the options.

Will the changes break anything?

We work on a staging copy where possible, test forms, checkout and both languages, and keep a way to roll back each change.

How long does it take?

A focused site can be audited and fixed fairly quickly; a large store with many apps takes longer. The proposal gives dates for audit, fixes and the final report.

Does a faster site rank higher on Google?

Page experience is one of many things Google considers, so speed helps but does not decide rankings alone. For search work, see the SEO services page.

Will the site stay fast?

Only if new content and plugins are checked. We leave a simple routine, and can run it for you on a care plan.

Send us the site that feels slow.

The address, the platform it runs on and the pages that bring you business are enough to start. We reply with first findings and a fixed-scope quote.
