Real Estate Portals & Apps Real estate portal & app development

A real estate platform is a website or app where people search listings, compare units and send an enquiry. We build that for developers, brokerages and property managers, with the agent side behind it.

For property developers, brokerages and property managers who sell or let in more than one market and more than one language.

CREATVZ builds real estate portals and apps for developers, brokerages and property managers anywhere, working remotely. You get listing search with filters and a map, project and unit pages, enquiries sent to WhatsApp or your CRM, an agent dashboard and the code in your name. Send a short brief through the project form to start.

Your listings live everywhere except your own site.

Most property businesses list on several portals, post the same units on social media and keep the real availability in a spreadsheet. Buyers find old prices and sold units, and every enquiry starts with “is this still available?”.

Your own platform puts one up-to-date list at the centre. Agents update it once, buyers search it properly, and each enquiry reaches the right person with the listing attached. We keep the first release small enough to launch, and the data and code stay yours.

What property businesses build with us

  • Developer sites with project and unit pages
  • Brokerage listing portals
  • Rental and property management portals
  • Buyer and tenant apps
  • Agent dashboards for listings and enquiries

What you get

You get a written scope, listing search with filters and a map, project and unit pages, enquiries routed to your team, a dashboard for agents and admins, an app if needed, and the code in your name.

  1. Scope & Listing Model

A written scope: who adds listings (your team, agents or owners), the fields each listing needs, and what the first release covers and leaves for later.

  2. Search, Filters & Map

Listing search with the filters people actually use, such as area, property type, price range, bedrooms and status, and a map view of the results.

  3. Project & Unit Pages

A page for every project, building and unit, with photos, floor plans, location and availability, laid out for phones first.

  4. Enquiries to WhatsApp & CRM

Every enquiry sent to WhatsApp, email or the CRM you use, tagged with the listing it came from, so the caller is not asked to repeat themselves.

  5. Agent & Admin Dashboard

A dashboard where agents add and update listings, admins approve them and mark units sold or let, and managers see enquiries per listing.

  6. Mobile App & Handover

An iOS and Android app when your buyers or tenants need one, and the source code, hosting accounts and documentation handed over in your name.

Listings spread across groups, portals and spreadsheets?

Tell us what you list and who adds it. We reply with questions and a scoped quote.

How it works

  1. Step 1: Scope

What you list, who adds it, the filters buyers use and the first release, agreed in writing.

  2. Step 2: Design

Search, listing and enquiry screens as a clickable prototype, tried on phones before any build starts.

  3. Step 3: Build

The portal, the dashboard and, if needed, the app, in short cycles with versions you can test.

  4. Step 4: Launch

Listings loaded, enquiry routes tested, your team trained, then code and accounts handed over.

Questions

How much does a real estate portal or app cost?

There is no fixed price: cost depends on scope. The drivers are the number of listing types and filters, project and unit pages, who adds listings, the enquiry routes, languages, a mobile app and the deadline. We write the scope first, then send a written fixed-scope quote.

How long does it take to build?

It depends on scope. A first release with search, listing pages and enquiries can go live well before a full platform with apps and agent accounts. The proposal gives dated milestones against the agreed features.

Can the platform work in Arabic and English?

Yes. Right-to-left layouts, Arabic typography and language switching are designed in from the first screen, and each listing can hold text in both languages.

Can we start with a first version (MVP)?

Yes, and we recommend it. Launch search, listing pages and enquiries first, watch how buyers use them, then add saved searches, agent accounts or the app. The scope lists in writing what waits for later.

Website, app or both?

Most buyers start on a phone browser, so a fast mobile-first website usually comes first. An app makes sense for repeat users such as tenants, owners or a large sales team. We recommend the order in the proposal.

Can it connect to our CRM or the portals we list on?

Enquiries can go to WhatsApp, email or a CRM that offers an API. Links to outside portals depend on what each portal allows under your agreement with it, so we check every connection during scoping before we promise it.

Who owns the code and the listings data?

You do. Source code, database, hosting accounts and documentation are in your name, written into the proposal and handed over at launch.

Do you handle licences and regulator rules for property ads?

No. Licences, advertising rules and any regulator registrations stay with you and your advisers. We build fields so the licence and ad details you supply appear wherever you need them.

Can you also make the 3D and floor plan material?

Yes. Our 3D team makes renders, 360 tours and interactive floor plans from your drawings, and those can sit on each project page. See the interactive floor plans page for that work.

Tell us about the property platform you need.

A short brief is enough: what you list, who adds listings, web or app, the languages and the tools it must send enquiries to. We reply with questions and a fixed-scope quote.
