Mobile App Development Mobile app development

An app has to do one job well on a real phone, in the languages of the people using it, and keep working after the next iOS or Android update. We scope it, design it, build it and release it.

For businesses with customers, staff or partners in more than one market, building their first app or replacing one that no longer works.

An app that costs a lot and gets deleted.

Most failed apps did not fail on code. They tried to do everything in version one, were never tested with the people who would use them, or depended on one developer who then left with the knowledge. The result is a slow, confusing app that people remove after a day.

We start with the single most important task and build outward. Scope decides cost and timeline, so we write it down first. Apple and Google decide whether an app is approved, not us, so we plan for their review and keep the app within their rules from the start.

What businesses build apps for

  • Customer ordering and booking
  • Staff and field-team tools
  • Loyalty and membership
  • Marketplace and delivery apps
  • Companion apps for existing software

What you get

You get a written scope, a prototype you can test, a built app with an admin panel, the store listings submitted from your accounts, and the source code in writing.

  1. Discovery & Scope

A written scope: the screens, the features in the first release, what waits for later, and the questions we settled together.

  2. App UX & UI

Screen flows and visual design for phone and tablet, in Arabic right-to-left and English, shown as a clickable prototype before build.

  3. App Build

The app built for iOS and Android: cross-platform with Flutter or React Native where it fits, native where the product needs it.

  4. Admin Panel & API

An admin panel and backend for your team, with the APIs and third-party services your app talks to connected and tested.

  5. Store Submission

App Store and Google Play listings prepared and submitted in your own developer accounts, with screenshots, text and privacy details.

  6. Support & Updates

A support plan after launch for fixes, operating system updates and new features, agreed in writing.

An app idea, or a process that needs an app?

Tell us who uses it and what it must do. We reply with questions and a scoped quote.

How it works

  1. Step 1: Discover

Your users, the one job the app must do well, the features for version one and the integrations it needs.

  2. Step 2: Design

Flows and screens, then a clickable prototype you and your users can try before a line of code is written.

  3. Step 3: Build

Development in short cycles with working builds to test on real phones, and the admin panel alongside.

  4. Step 4: Release

Testing, store submission from your accounts, launch, and the source code and files handed over in writing.

Questions

How much does an app cost?

It depends on the scope: the screens, features, platforms, integrations, admin panel and timeline. A written scope comes first, then a fixed-scope quote. Apple and Google developer account fees are paid by you to them.

How long does it take to build an app?

It depends on scope. A focused first version is quicker than a full platform. The proposal gives dates against the agreed features, and changes to scope move them.

iOS, Android or both?

Often both, using a cross-platform approach such as Flutter or React Native where it fits. Some products need a native build for performance or device features, and we say so openly.

Will our app be approved by Apple and Google?

Approval is decided by Apple and Google, not by us. We build within their published guidelines, prepare the listing and respond to review questions, but we cannot promise a particular outcome or date.

Who owns the source code?

You do. Source code, design files and developer accounts are in your name, written into the proposal and handed over at release.

Do you build the admin panel too?

Yes. Your team needs a way to manage users, content and orders, so the admin panel and backend are part of the scope, not an afterthought.

Can the app support Arabic and English?

Yes. Right-to-left layouts, Arabic typography and language switching are designed in from the start, not added at the end.

What happens after launch?

Apps need updates when iOS and Android change. We offer a support plan for fixes, updates and new features, agreed in writing, and you are not locked in.

Can you connect the app to our existing system?

Often yes, if the system exposes an API or a database we can work with. We check that in discovery before promising it.

Do you handle data protection?

We design for sensible data handling and write the privacy details the stores ask for. The legal requirements for your markets should be checked with the relevant authority or your adviser.

Tell us about the app you need.

A short brief is enough: the users, the main features, iOS or Android or both, and the languages. We reply with questions and a fixed-scope quote.
