Web Application Development Custom web application development
When a business outgrows spreadsheets, shared inboxes and off-the-shelf tools, the answer is often a web application shaped around its own process. We map that process, then build the system for it.
For operations, finance and sales teams in companies working across more than one market and more than one language.
Software that makes your team work around it.
Most companies start with spreadsheets, then add a generic tool, then another. Soon the real process lives in people’s heads and in copy and paste between systems. Ready-made software forces your team to bend to its screens, and the workarounds become the job.
A custom web application is worth it when the process is specific to you and repeated every day. We start by mapping that process with the people who do it, keep the first release small enough to launch, and put the code, the data and the accounts in your name so the system stays yours.
What companies build as a web application
- Customer and supplier portals
- Operations dashboards
- Booking and scheduling systems
- Approval and request workflows
- Internal tools that replace spreadsheets
What you get
You get a written scope, a prototype your team has tried, a working application with the right roles for each user, connections to your existing tools, and the code in your name.
Process Mapping & Scope
A written scope built from how your team works today: who does what, where the spreadsheets and paper are, and what the first release must replace.
Screens & Prototype
Screen flows and a clickable prototype in Arabic and English, tried by the people who will use the system before anything is built.
Application Build
The application built with modern, widely used frameworks, delivered in short cycles with a working version you can test each time.
Roles & Permissions
User roles and permissions that match your organisation, so a branch manager, a driver and an accountant each see only what they should.
Integrations & Data
Connections to the systems you already use, through their APIs where they offer them, and an import of your existing records where it is in scope.
Hosting, Handover & Support
Hosting agreed with you, the source code and documentation handed over in writing, and a support plan for fixes and new features.

How it works
Step 1: Map
We sit with the people who do the work, map the process as it really runs, and agree what the first release covers.
Step 2: Prototype
Screens and flows as a clickable prototype, tested by your team in Arabic and English before development starts.
Step 3: Build
Development in short cycles, each ending with a version you can log in to and try with real data.
Step 4: Launch
Testing, data import, training for your team, go-live, then the code, documentation and accounts handed over in writing.

Questions
How much does a custom web application cost?
It depends on the scope: the number of screens and user roles, the integrations, the data to move across, the languages and the timeline. We write the scope first and then quote it as a fixed scope, so you know what the first release includes.
How long does it take?
A focused first release that replaces one painful process is far quicker than a full platform. The proposal gives dated milestones against the agreed scope, and new requests are scheduled rather than squeezed in.
Should we build custom or buy ready-made software?
Buy when a ready-made product fits your process closely, and we will tell you so. Build when the process is what makes you different, or when you have already tried several tools and still work around them.
What technology do you use?
Modern, widely used web frameworks and databases that other developers can pick up later. We choose for your case and explain the choice in the proposal, so you are never tied to an unusual stack.
Who owns the code and the data?
You do. Source code, database, hosting accounts and documentation are in your name, written into the proposal and handed over at launch.
Can it connect to the software we already use?
Usually, if that software offers an API or a reliable export. We check each connection during scoping before we promise it.
Will it work in Arabic and English?
Yes. Right-to-left layouts, Arabic typography and language switching are designed in from the first screen, together with English.
Where will it be hosted?
We agree hosting with you during scoping, on a provider and region that suit your users and any data rules your business follows. Those rules should be confirmed with your adviser.
What happens after launch?
A support plan for fixes, security updates and new features, agreed in writing. Because the code and documentation are yours, you can also move support elsewhere.
Do you also build the mobile app?
Yes, when your users need one. Often a web application with a phone-friendly layout is enough to start. See the mobile app development page for that scope.
Tell us about the system you need.
A short brief is enough: the process, the people who use it, the systems it must talk to and the languages. We reply with questions and a fixed-scope quote.
