Marketing Strategy Marketing strategy consultancy

We work out who you should sell to, where to reach them and what to do in the first 90 days, then write it down as a plan your team can follow.

For brands entering a new country, launching a product or restarting marketing that has lost direction.

Plenty of activity, no plan.

Many brands run marketing as a series of requests: a post here, an ad there, a campaign when sales dip. Without a plan, nobody knows which activity is meant to do which job, and the budget follows whoever asks loudest.

A marketing plan is not a deck of ambitions. It is a decision about who you are for, what you say, where you say it, how much you put behind each channel and how you will tell whether it works. When a brand crosses a border, those decisions change, and the plan has to be made again for the new market.

When brands ask for a plan

  • Entering a new country
  • Launching a product
  • Resetting after a poor year
  • Choosing between channels
  • Preparing a budget for the board

What you get

You get market and competitor research, positioning, a channel plan, budget logic, a week-by-week action plan and the measures to review it by.

  1. Market & Competitor Research

A look at your market, your customers and your competitors’ ads, sites and prices, summarised into what matters for your decisions.

  2. Audience & Positioning

Who you are selling to, what they care about and where you should stand against the alternatives, written in a few clear lines.

  3. Channel Plan

Which channels to use and which to leave alone, with the reason for each, in the languages your customers use.

  4. Budget Split

A way to divide your marketing budget between channels and between testing and scaling, worked out with your own figures.

  5. 90-Day Action Plan

A week-by-week plan for the first 90 days: who does what, what goes live and what is checked.

  6. KPIs & Review

A short list of measures that show whether the plan is working, and a review date to adjust it.

How it works

  1. Step 1: Discover

We talk to you and your team, look at your numbers and sales process, and study the market and competitors.

  2. Step 2: Decide

We present the audience, positioning and channel options with our recommendation. You decide what to commit to.

  3. Step 3: Plan

The recommendation becomes a written plan with budget logic, a 90-day action list and measures.

  4. Step 4: Hand over or run

Your team can run the plan, or we run it with you. A review is set at the end of the first 90 days.

Questions

What is the difference between marketing strategy and brand strategy?

Brand strategy decides what the brand stands for and how it sounds. A marketing strategy decides who to reach, through which channels, with what offer, on what budget, and over what timeline. They work best together, and each has its own page here.

How much does a marketing plan cost?

It depends on scope: how many markets, how much research, the depth of competitor analysis and whether you want us to help run it. Send a brief and we quote a fixed scope.

How long does it take?

The proposal carries dates. It depends mostly on how quickly we get access to your numbers and your team.

What do you need from us?

Your sales figures in broad terms, your current marketing activity, who your customers are today and a person who can answer questions quickly.

Do you give budget numbers?

We give the logic for splitting your budget by channel and by stage, using your own figures. We do not quote a universal number, because it differs by category and goal.

Will you run the plan afterwards?

If you want. Many clients take the plan and run it internally, others ask us to run campaigns, content or ads against it.

Can you plan for a Gulf launch?

Yes. With studios in Riyadh and Manama we research the Saudi and Bahraini markets, including Arabic search and local seasons.

Do we own the plan?

Yes. The plan and the research summaries are yours to share with your team and board.

How do you measure whether it worked?

We agree a few measures at the start, such as enquiries, qualified leads, sales and cost per result, and review them at the end of the first 90 days.

Tell us what you want your marketing to achieve.

A short brief is enough to start: the business, the market, what you have tried and the result you need. We reply with questions and a scoped quote.
