Competitor Analysis Competitor analysis service
You know your three obvious competitors. We find the ones customers actually compare you with, show how each presents itself and tell you where there is room.
For founders and marketing leads who want to position, price or advertise with a clear view of the field.
You react to competitors instead of choosing where to stand.
Teams usually track competitors by memory and screenshots: a rival launches an offer, someone shares it in chat, and a discount follows. Without a structured view, you copy messages that are not working and miss the gaps nobody is filling.
A proper analysis is built from public evidence only: pages, search results, ad libraries, reviews and social accounts. It shows what each competitor promises, who it targets and how long its ads have been running, which is a hint at what works for them. The goal is a decision for you, not a binder of screenshots.

Questions
How much does competitor analysis cost?
It depends on scope: how many competitors, how many markets and languages, and how deep the website, SEO and ad review goes. We quote a defined scope after a short brief.
Where does the information come from?
Public sources only: their websites, search results, ad libraries, social accounts, listings and reviews. We do not access private systems or pretend to be customers to extract confidential material.
Can you see competitors’ ad budgets?
No. Ad libraries show which ads are live and for how long, not what was spent. We read them for patterns, not exact spend.
Can you find out competitor pricing?
Where prices are published or visible in the offer, yes. Where they are not, we note how the price is presented and the packages, and say that the number is unknown.
How many competitors are included?
A small, relevant set, often five to eight including indirect ones. The exact number is in the proposal.
How is this different from market research?
Competitor analysis looks at what others do. Market research asks your customers. They work well together and we often combine them.
Do we get the raw data?
Yes. You receive the report and the supporting sheet, and the ownership is written in the proposal.
Can you repeat it every few months?
Yes. A lighter refresh every quarter or half-year shows what has changed, and costs less than the first pass.
Tell us who you compete with.
A short note is enough: what you sell, where, and the three or four competitors on your mind. We reply with questions and a scoped quote.
