Market Research Market research agency

Before a launch, a new market or a rebrand, someone has to ask the customers. We design the research, run it with real people and give you a report you can act on.

For founders and marketing leads deciding on a product, a market or a message, and wanting evidence before committing budget.

You are about to commit budget on a hunch.

Teams often decide from internal opinion, a competitor’s website and one enthusiastic customer. The decision may be right, but nobody can show why, and when it is wrong it is expensive: a product nobody asked for, a message that misses, a market that is not ready.

Good research does not need to be huge. A focused question, ten real conversations or a short survey with the right audience, and a careful read of the public evidence can change a plan. What matters is that the method fits the decision and that the report says what is solid and what is not.

What brands use it for

  • Testing a new product idea
  • Choosing between markets
  • Understanding why customers leave
  • Shaping brand and message
  • Input before a rebrand

What you get

You get a research plan, desk research, customer interviews or a survey, an agreed approach to sizing the opportunity and a written insight report.

  1. Desk Research

A structured review of public sources, competitors, search demand and your own data, with sources listed.

  2. Customer Interviews

Conversations with real customers or buyers, recorded with consent, written up by theme with the exact words people used.

  3. Surveys

A questionnaire written, tested and sent to the right audience, with results analysed and explained rather than dumped in a sheet.

  4. Focus Groups

Group sessions with recruited participants, arranged with research partners where needed, with a moderator guide and a summary.

  5. Market Sizing Approach

A clear method for estimating how big the opportunity is, with assumptions written down so you can challenge them.

  6. Insight Report

A written report with findings, what they mean for the marketing and the product, and a short list of next steps.

A decision to make and not enough evidence?

Send the question, the market and what you already know. We reply with questions and a scoped quote.

How it works

  1. Step 1: Question

The decision you need to make, what you already know and what would change your mind.

  2. Step 2: Method

Which mix of desk work, interviews, surveys or groups answers it, with scope and timing agreed.

  3. Step 3: Fieldwork

We gather the evidence, partnering for recruitment or facilities where that is the honest way to do it.

  4. Step 4: Report

Findings in plain language, a walkthrough with your team and recommended next steps.

Questions

How much does market research cost?

It depends on scope: the question, the number of interviews or survey responses, the markets and languages, and whether recruitment or facilities are needed. We quote a defined scope after a short brief.

Is it a financial feasibility study?

No. We cover the marketing and customer side: demand, customers, competitors and messaging. A licensed financial or technical feasibility study is a different job for an accountant or consultant, and we can work alongside them.

Do you run focus groups yourselves?

Group sessions are arranged with research partners for recruitment and venues where needed. We write the guide, take part in the design and analyse the output, and tell you which parts are partner-run.

How do you size a market without numbers?

We lay out the method: who the buyers are, how many there could be, how often they buy and at what value, with each assumption written down. You can see which assumptions carry the weight and challenge them.

How many interviews are enough?

It depends on the question and how varied your customers are. We start with a small set per segment and stop when answers repeat, and say how confident the findings are.

Do you handle consent and data privacy?

Participants are told how their answers are used and agree before taking part. Data rules vary by country, so check current requirements with your adviser for the markets involved.

Who owns the research?

You do. Reports, recordings where used and raw data are handed over, and ownership is written in the proposal.

How long does research take?

It depends on the method and recruitment. Desk research is quickest, interviews and surveys depend on finding participants. The proposal gives a dated plan.

Tell us what you need to find out.

A short note is enough: the product or idea, the market and the decision it feeds. We reply with questions and a scoped quote.
