Performance Marketing Performance marketing agency
We plan and run paid campaigns on Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, X and LinkedIn, and set up the tracking so you can see which ads bring customers and which only bring clicks.
For brands that sell in several countries and want one team to run paid ads across them, with numbers they can trust.
The ad platform says it works. Your bank account is not so sure.
Most brands that advertise in more than one market end up with scattered accounts, each run by a different freelancer, each reporting its own flattering numbers. Nobody can say which country, product or ad is paying for itself, so the budget is simply split evenly and hope does the rest.
Performance marketing starts with the boring part: one tracking setup that records leads and sales properly, campaigns structured so results can be compared, and a report that includes what did not work. Only then does it make sense to scale.

How it works
Step 1: Audit
We look at your offer, your site, your current accounts and your numbers, and tell you what is worth paying to advertise.
Step 2: Set up
Tracking first, then accounts, audiences and the first campaigns, all in your ownership.
Step 3: Run
We launch, watch the results closely and change what is not earning its place.
Step 4: Report
Regular reports in plain language, with the next tests agreed with you before we run them.

Questions
How much does performance marketing cost?
Our fee depends on scope: how many platforms, how many markets and languages, how much creative we produce and how often we report. The media budget is separate: you pay it to the platforms directly and we agree the amount with you upfront.
Which platforms do you run?
We plan and run campaigns on Google (Search, Performance Max, YouTube), Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, X and LinkedIn. We recommend the few that fit your customer rather than all of them.
Do we own the ad accounts and tracking?
You should, and we set them up that way: ad accounts, pixels, analytics and tags sit in your name with us added as managers. If we part ways, you keep the data and the history.
Can you run ads in several countries at once?
Yes. We separate campaigns by market so budgets, languages and currencies are not mixed, and so you can compare countries honestly.
How soon will we see results?
Ads start delivering within days, but useful learning takes a few weeks of steady spend. We tell you in the audit what is realistic for your category, and we do not promise a result.
What do you need from us?
Access to your site and any existing accounts, your offer and margins in broad terms, product images or footage, and one person who can approve quickly.
How do you report?
A short report on a set schedule plus a live dashboard. It shows spend, leads or sales, cost per result and what we are changing next, including the weeks that went badly.
Do you make the ad creative as well?
Yes, if it is in scope: static ads, short video and carousels, with copy for each market. Otherwise we send briefs to your own designers.
What if our site does not convert?
We say so in the audit. Sending paid traffic to a weak page wastes money, so we flag the fixes first, whether they are ours to do or your developer’s.
Tell us what you want your ads to do.
A short brief is enough: what you sell, where, the platforms you use now and the result you need. We reply with questions and a scoped quote.
