Changed your mind, or the size is wrong? Here is how returns work.
Return window
You can return unworn items within a return window that is to be confirmed (counted from delivery). Local consumer law may give you more time; where it does, the law applies.
What can come back
- Unworn, unwashed and in original condition, with tags attached.
- Faulty or wrong items, always: tell us within the window and we will put it right.
How to return
Email hello@creatvz.com with your order reference and the items you want to return. We reply with the return address and instructions for your market. Who pays for return shipping is to be confirmed.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment method once we receive and check the item. Timing depends on your bank and payment provider; our processing time is to be confirmed.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Return the item and place a new order, or ask us at hello@creatvz.com and we will see what we can do while stock lasts.
